Our Vision
We know that many people struggle to access justice in Aotearoa New Zealand. There is a lot of unmet legal needs. Many people struggle to access the formal justice system because of a range of different barriers. We want to change this.

Bringing our vision to life
To do this, we get the right people together in the right environment so we can talk, meet and resolve problems as soon as possible. We will innovate and create partnerships to exceed expectations in quality, timeliness, and satisfaction.
Our collaboration with the dispute resolution sector
We work with others in the dispute resolution sector to pilot standards and improve the maturity of New Zealand's Dispute Resolution System. We are all involved in professional development and all of our practitioners are members of The Resolution Institute, AMINZ, or the New Zealand Law Society.
